EP7: In this episode of Not Your Average Lives, I'm chatting with Kimberly Diede who I met because she just happened to be on my email list and sent me a sweet note about one of my recent episodes that inspired her.
That email led to a back & forth email conversion where I learned that SHE had a story to share. So I invited her to be a guest!
Her midlife transformational story is sure to inspire anyone who has ever had an inkling to write a book. Her newfound passion has definitely lit her up inside and she is now soaring above that empty nest life she was dreading!!!
After our interview, Kim sent me the first book in her "Celia's Gifts" series called "Whispering Pines." I loved it so much, I purchased the 2nd one called "Tangled Beginnings" which I'm reading now. Her nudge got be back into reading fiction, something I used to love to do but hadn't done for 6 or 7 years. EP6: In this episode, Natalie shares the leap of faith she took in 2018, at age 53, when she got fed up with her corporate job.
Natalie realized that her job was keeping her miserable & unfulfilled so she made the decision to resign so she could pursue a recently realized passion of helping care for people who need assistance - even though she had no clients yet!
She is now working for herself, controlling her own schedule, and, best of all, she is all lit up inside from doing what she is meant to do. Her story may inspire you to think about your options and make your own leap.

EP4: Although Julia isn’t my typical guest who is sharing a story of midlife transformation, I really wanted to bring her story to my listeners because this is a subject that is near & dear to my heart.
For those of you who have a child struggling in school or life, please take the time to listen to her interesting story. I believe it's our responsibility to our children (and our grandchildren!), to make sure they are lit up about life.
