EP38: In this episode I share my perspective on how to use your consciousness to get past a trigger. I identify the 4 As, as I call them (Aware, Analyze, Accept, and Advance), to describe the different stages you need to move through to learn and grow from your triggers.
And I also get into consciousness vs. unconsciousness and explain how our ego is simply the aspect of our human experience whose main goal is to keep us safe but which actually ends up keeping us stuck. Awareness is the first step in keeping the ego from holding us back from progress.
